The Federal Emergency Management Agency will have a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System beginning at 1pm (E.T.) Wednesday.
Scheduled to last 30 seconds.
All broadcast radio and television stations must take part in the test, along with partecipating cable and satellite operators.
